Company doesn't have access to and can't recover users Private Keys and/or Backup Phrases create or used in Software. Company doesn't create, and has no control over, any of Digital Assets you interact with through Software. Company is not liable for any loses or damages that result from providing you with Software or Services.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
